More from Camp
A few more from camp. Here are the outside of our cabins which were actually pretty comfortable. Kara getting ready to do the zip-line and on it. (She even convinced me to do it, but unfortunately I have no photographic evidence. It was fun, though I was also a bit nervous to do it.
Besides all of the entertaining activities, they had all kinds of classes on earth science, orienteering, and animals. It was really enjoyable for me to get to spend some quality time with Kara and her cute friends! It was also great to get to interact with some of the wonderful parents and educators in our community. I came home really appreciative of the goodness of the community in which we live.
The guy with the snake is one of the counselors who is trying to decide whether or not to go back and finish medical school, or to make a career change and become a coach, teacher, counselor like he feels he has a real passion for. After his first year of medical school, he had to take a leave of absence when they found out he had a cancerous tumor. He recently finished the operation to remove the tumor and the radiation therapy and now has to make some tough decisions about what he really wants to be and do with his life. A great young man with a real gift with the kids.

Our office
Brandon is an orthodontist with his own practice here in Frisco, TX. We have been open now since the middle of April and things are going well. We are growing even though it is definitely a process, and we are learning tons! Here is one of the pictures of the office that the contractor took for their website. And here is a link to our website: pricefamilyortho.com

Everyone should have a three year old
Zach is so fun right now. Three year olds are just excited about life and that excitement is pretty contagious. He also makes us laugh from the funny things he says and does to his mad "lama" faces (If you haven't read "Lama, Lama, Mad at Momma" check it out - cute book and Zach looks just like that lama sometimes. One of the latest humorous incidences happened when he called marshmallows - "messmallows" on a night we made smores together as a family. He also takes everything literally. For example, after asking me what he could help set on the table and him turning all of those things down, I told him he better just jump in the lake then and he responded by looking around first and then vehemently stating, "Mom, there is no lake here!" Also pictured here are the glasses he made in Sunbeams on the day they did a lesson about eyes. I also love that when Lauren wakes up in the morning he comes in and says "cock-a-doodle-doo," Lauren. And she replies, "doodledoo."
Father's Day
We had fun big-dealing Brandon on Father' s Day. We are so very grateful for him and all he does to bless our lives. He is a wonderful father and husband! He got breakfast in bed complete with a smoothie the girls made for him, and a new recipe I tried for omelets (he loves it when I try new recipes). Lauren was sure she needed to share her Daddy's breakfast so she was bouncing around while he was trying to eat. She sure does love her Daddy!
