Josh is playing tackle football this year and Brandon is one of the assistant coaches. If you haven't heard, football is taken very seriously in Texas and so they have had four, two hour practices every week in preparation for the first game which they played this weekend. Their team lost, but they are a brand new team this year and were playing the best team in the league and the score was 33 to 24. They played really well, had a good time, and Josh didn't get hurt so we were excited! The fun thing is that they have the games on the highschool field and they have the announcer and the music and everything.

Such a fun way for father and son to be best friends. I know our boys speak often of the times their dad helped or assisted in coaching their teams. Cheer LOUDLY for me. Would love to see Joshua play.
