I am finally getting a chance to post some pictures of the kids going back to school this year. The older three are all at a new charter school this year (thus the uniforms). These were a hard sell this summer, but actually haven't been bad at all (especially for me). Zach is in a transitional kindergarten program this year and Lauren has a once a week, parent-lead, playgroup/preschool. Zach is especially excited about his new school backpack that he got for his birthday. He is enamored of all things having to do with "Cars 2" right now.

Fun to see recent pictures! We feel for Josh, Kara & Lindsey. A tie! Really? That's rough. And I hope the girls can choose between skirts and pants/shorts. We love Zach's backpack, and Lauren looks awfully cute holding her baby doll. Hope everyone has a great school year!
i just love the uniforms! it would make EVERY morning soooooooo much easier! heavens the battles i have every morning between the two boys.
we SERIOUSLY still need to get together. my kids keep asking about when we're going to see "those kids we went to have frozen yogurt with when it was freezing outside."

I agree, a tie is excessive, but after the first week - he has stopped complaining. The girls have shorts under their skirts, but the skirt is their only option. It does make for easy mornings though :)
