Kara and Brandon had a great time at the Stake Daddy Daughter Dance. They went with another Dad and his two girl who are Kara's friends. First they had a yummy dinner at the California Pizza Kitchen, then they went to the dance at the Stake Center. Brandon said they did a great job at making the cultural hall look really classy with a tent, lights, and a chocolate fountain. Kara's favorite things about this evening were getting to get all dressed up, flowers from Dad, going out to eat, and most importantly - getting Dad all to herself all evening long. Hopefully this will make up for all of the times when she felt gipped because she didn't get to go on the Father and Son's Campouts.

Oh, how I remember those days! But since it's hard to dance with two girls at the same time....Ginny and I would alternate taking a man in our ward who had only sons. It made his day and we were all happy to have our own dance partners. I'm proud of you for remembering the flowers! That really means alot to girls. Sounds like you had a great time. Charish those moments. They're gone in a heart beat. Love to all!
